Tag Action: Save to Notion
When you add a tag with the Save to Notion action to any note, the content of that note is automatically saved to Notion.

Setup Flow
STEP 1: Connect to Notion
- Open the drawer menu and select Notion Integration
- Complete OAuth authentication
- Choose the pages you want to grant access to
※ You can also start this setup from the Tag Action settings dialog.
STEP 2: Set Up the Tag Action
- Select any tag
- Choose Save to Notion as the action type
- Select Save to Page or Save to Database
- Choose the destination page or database
STEP 3: Automatic Saving Starts
Simply add the configured tag to a note, and it will be saved to Notion automatically.
Use Cases
“I want to use this note on my PC too”
- Set Save to Notion (Page or DB) on the Notion tag
- Just add the Notion tag to a note
- The note is automatically saved to the specified Notion location
“I want AI summaries saved to Notion as well”
- Set Save to Notion (Database) on the Summary tag
- Assign the Summary tag as an automatic tag for AI summaries
- When an AI summary is generated, it is also saved to the specified Notion database
For example:
- Weekly or monthly summaries
- Summaries of keyword search results
- Automatically saved collections of related notes already stored in in
“Share notes with my team in one tap”
- Set Save to Notion (Page) on the Team Share tag
- Notes tagged with Team Share are inserted into the team’s shared page
Other possible use cases include:
- Reading logs
- Project management
- Centralized idea management
The possibilities are entirely up to you.
Notes
About Notion Permissions
- Pages and databases under the authorized pages can be selected as save destinations
- Pages created automatically inside a database can also be selected as destinations
What Is Saved to Notion
- Currently, only text-based information is saved:
- Note content
- Tags
- Creation date and time
